Weatherization
The Weatherization program is designed to help cost-burdened, low-income Ocean County residents who are unable to afford repairs or replacements that reduce high energy bills.
Eligibility is based on federal income guidelines.
Services May Include:

Insulating attics and crawlspaces

Sealing air leaks (seams and cracks)

Heating system repair or replacement

Water heater repair or replacement

Sealing and insulating ductwork
Accommodations
O.C.E.A.N., Inc. provides reasonable accommodations for individuals with physical disabilities (e.g., first-floor access/elevators) and language barriers using in-house translators as needed.
Additional Information
The Department of Energy’s Weatherization Assistance Program has helped millions save on energy costs. For every dollar spent by the program, it generates approximately $4.50 in benefits. Both homeowners and landlords may be eligible.
